Last updated: August 27, 2025
No cash refunds. We offer account credit only for eligible cancellations. Credits apply to future submissions in your account.
Quick Summary
- You may cancel a job until 75% of the document has been processed.
- If you cancel before 75% is processed, you receive an account credit that is prorated by unprocessed percentage and reduced by processing fees.
- Once 75% or more of the document is processed, no credits or refunds are issued and the document cannot be canceled.
- Important: When you cancel a document, you will not receive the proofreading results - only the account credit.
